Locked Forks & 98% Map Fix
The Crimson Forest is open, and the Weeping Creek Valley map still has white ground on it. Don’t run the main path again. The white is a side path that is still locked.
Every locked fork and white map spot in Weeping Creek Valley
Behind the outpost there is a yard, and the gate is wrapped in iron chains. Go beat Peng Meng first. The Dread Axe he drops cuts those chains. Once you are in, talk to the captain.
The door at the valley-plain entrance is shut. After The Hunt, go up to the top of the Sha-Chi Tower, take the camp outer-gate key, and come back down to open it.
Ride the lift to the bottom of the Sha-Chi Tower. There is a red house, and the door is shut. The key is the Mute’s Tongue. Get it from the Forbidden Ruins, then come back to open The Crimson Manor.
At the Start of the Road there is a statue of the Lady, with a crack in it, and the bell is right beside it. Go down and you meet the three-faced puppet. After that fight, the crack closes until you forge Blazing Edge and defeat her in Mirrorwood.
Across from the Outpost bell is a stone bridge and gate into The Lady’s Cave that will not open in Chapter 1. After you meet Old Man Gen in Chapter 3 (Village of Lu), return to the Outpost, cross the stone bridge, jump from the left of the courtyard into The Lady’s Cave, and chain-jump at the end for Xu Feng’s secret letter in Four Fierce Axes.
You can touch a dragon pillar in the valley. Touch one and you enter Bloodline Awakening, and you meet Mó Yuan. This is not the way out of the valley.
Stuck at 98% in Weeping Creek Valley: the missable Boulderguard grave (+2%)
If you opened every gate above and Weeping Creek Valley is still stuck at 98% exploration, you are missing the hidden grave mound for the Boulderguard, which grants 15% damage reduction while your guard is unbroken and counts for the final 2% of the valley map.
After defeating Peng Meng—and strictly before defeating Chapter 2’s final boss Bai Chilian to enter the Village of Lu—return to the Outpost and enter the house next to the old bowyer on the roof (during Festering Secret). Speak with the terrified Mandate disciple inside, who reveals that Gu Lingran trampled the memorial tablets into the mud and buried Peng Meng’s three sworn brothers in the stables. Then warp to the Axemaster’s Holding Cell bell, pass through the small side door right beside the bell, and inspect the grave mound to claim the Boulderguard (+2% map completion).

After beating Peng Meng and before beating Chapter 2 boss Bai Chilian, talk to the terrified Mandate disciple in the Outpost house beside the rooftop bowyer, then inspect the stable grave by the Axemaster’s Holding Cell bell for the Boulderguard (+2% map completion).
