In Chapter 3 (Village of Lu), collecting all five of Mu Xiaokui’s Red Ribbons before entering the Black Serpent House unlocks her secret third phase and drops the dual-blade weapon Fiend Saws.

All 5 Red Ribbons (Young Mistress) are in Chapter 3 (Village of Lu): 1. on the big tree before the wooden bridge to Well of the Three Puppets; 2. on a branch at Temple of Blue Fireflies; 3. on the left after crossing the Grand Covered Bridge; 4. above The Lady Grounds bell; 5. beside the wooden bridge at Beneath the Well.

Secret Phase 3, Fiend Saws drop and Use It Against Them
Hold all 5 Red Ribbons before fighting Mu Xiaokui at the Black Serpent House. When her Phase 2 health drops to 1/3, she triggers a secret Phase 3 summoning both Jade Dancer and Iron Fiend, and drops Fiend Saws alongside the Wild Oriole Sword.
Bring Fiend Saws and Iron Gauntlets to the top of the Mirrorwood Sha-Chi Tower in Chapter 2 to complete Use It Against Them. Also remember to report back to Old Man Gen (The Journey Home) and Lan Shaodi (Young Master Lan) at the village entrance after opening the Smuggler’s Tunnel gate and before stepping into Chapter 4 (Pangzhen).
