Sha-Chi Ambers and Blackstones by region and nearest Bells
Each full Sha-Chi Amber (or 4 Sha-Chi Amber Fragments) permanently adds +10% maximum Sha-Chi; each full Blackstone (or 4 Blackstone Fragments) adds +10% attack and guard break and is required for Lv. 21–30 weapon upgrades. Using a Reforging Talisman at the forge resets a weapon to Lv. 1 and refunds 100% of its Twinned Metal, Solvent, and Blackstones.
